1. Overview

This policy explains what data these apps access, collect, use, store, and share. We provide this policy to be transparent with users and to support Google Play User Data and Data safety disclosures.

The apps are designed to provide SIM lookup utilities, QR and barcode scanning, QR generation, local history, sharing, and advertising-supported access. Some app functions process data only on your device. Some functions, such as SIM lookup, ads, opening links, dialing, or sharing, require data to be sent to third parties or other apps as described below.

We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.

2. Apps Covered By This Policy

App Main features Important data handling notes
Sim Owner Details 2026 Search for SIM owner details, view phone package information, open dialer or call actions, save recent search history locally, and show ads. Search terms such as phone numbers or CNIC values are sent over the internet to the SIM lookup service used by the app. Returned results may include phone number, owner name, CNIC, and address.
QR & Barcode Scanner Scan QR codes and barcodes with the camera, import images for scanning, generate QR codes, save local scan history and favorites, open scanned links or contact actions, share scan content, and show ads. Scanned and generated QR contents are stored locally in app history. QR images are saved to your device gallery only when you choose the save function.

3. Information The Apps Access Or Collect

Information you enter or scan

  • SIM lookup search terms: In Sim Owner Details 2026, you may enter a phone number, CNIC, or similar lookup term. This is sent to the lookup endpoint to return search results.

  • QR and barcode contents: The QR apps may process URLs, text, Wi-Fi strings, phone numbers, email addresses, contact card data, location strings encoded inside QR codes, calendar/event text, and other barcode values.
  • QR generation input: When you create a QR code, the text, URL, Wi-Fi name/password, contact name, phone number, email address, or other content you enter is encoded into the QR code you generate.

Device permissions and local device data

  • Camera: QR & Barcode Scanner and QR Scanner & Maker request camera access to scan QR codes and barcodes. Camera access is used while you are using the scanning feature.
  • Photos, media, and storage: The QR apps may request photo/media/storage access to import an image for scanning or save a generated QR image to your gallery.
  • Internet and network state: The apps use internet access for SIM lookup, advertising, consent forms, external content, and normal app connectivity checks.
  • Phone call or dialer actions: Sim Owner Details 2026 may use phone call or dialer functionality when you choose a call/package action. QR apps may open the dialer, browser, email app, SMS app, maps app, or another installed app when you choose an action based on scanned content.
  • Vibration: QR apps may use vibration for scan feedback if enabled in settings.
  • Local settings and history: The apps store settings and history locally using device storage such as SharedPreferences, SQLite, or Hive.

The apps use Google Mobile Ads. Depending on your region, device settings, Google consent status, and ad personalization settings, Google and its advertising partners may collect or process information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP address, device and app information, app interactions, diagnostics, and ad performance data for purposes such as showing ads, measuring ad performance, fraud prevention, security, and compliance.
